Delete account

Enter your email and click "Request deletion". Deletion only goes ahead if you are not an ADMINISTRATOR or LEGAL RESPONSIBLE for any aircraft. If you are, hand the ADMINISTRATOR permission to another user before requesting deletion.

We delete your personal data (name, email, phone) and your account usage history. Flight Logbook records for aircraft operated by other administrators are not affected: they belong to the aircraft operator.

Deletion is processed within 15 business days after email confirmation of the request.

Yes. You get one email when the request enters processing and another when the deletion is complete.

Yes, while it is still being processed. Write to us from the same email used for the request and say you want to cancel.
