How do I request deletion?
Enter your email in the field and click Request Deletion. For deletion to proceed, you must not be an ADMINISTRATOR or LEGAL RESPONSIBLE for any aircraft. If you are, delegate the ADMINISTRATOR permission to another user before requesting deletion of your data.
What data is deleted?
We delete your personal data (name, email, phone) and your account usage history. Flight Logbook records for aircraft operated by other administrators are not affected, as they belong to the aircraft operator.
How long does deletion take?
Deletion is processed within 15 business days after email confirmation of the request.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when the request is processed and another when the deletion is complete.
Can I cancel the deletion?
Yes, within the processing period. Simply contact us at the same email used for the request, stating that you wish to cancel.
