Frequently asked questions
How long will PRO features be available for free?
PRO features are a trial for the first aircraft activated in OFFICIAL MODE, valid for 1 year from activation.
Can PRO features from one aircraft be used by another aircraft on the free plan?
No. Licensing is PER AIRCRAFT, so PRO features are not transferable: they only apply to the aircraft that has the plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time. After cancellation the aircraft goes back to the Free plan and you keep access to all your records.
What is Official Mode?
It is when Zuloo legally replaces the paper Flight Logbook, with records electronically signed and approved by ANAC. To activate it, we help you obtain the LOA or E.O. from the relevant authority.
Does it work for international flights?
Yes. The app is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish, which makes it easier to use in other countries.
How does billing work? Is it per pilot or per aircraft?
Per aircraft. Each one has its own Pro subscription, so you only pay on the aircraft that need PRO features. Crew members do not pay to use the app, and can use it just to manage their documents, licenses and certifications.
Can I test the app before activating Official Mode?
Yes. After creating your account and registering your aircraft, you can log flights right away in Unofficial Mode, at no cost and with no extra documentation. Use this period to get to know Zuloo before switching for good.
Does Zuloo work without internet?
Yes. Without a connection you can log flight legs and related services (refueling, occurrences, discrepancies, etc.), open reports and browse the other screens. When you are back online, the data syncs on its own.
What happens to my records if I cancel the Pro plan?
They are kept. When you cancel Pro, the aircraft goes back to the Free plan and you keep access to everything already logged. Pro-only features become unavailable, but no data is lost.
Do I need a digital certificate to use Zuloo?
No. When you are linked to an aircraft in Official Mode, Zuloo generates the digital certificate automatically on each device you use.
