Frequently asked questions
How long will PRO features be available for free?
PRO features are being offered as a trial for the first aircraft activated in OFFICIAL MODE.
Can PRO features from one aircraft be used by another aircraft on the free plan?
No. Licensing is PER AIRCRAFT, so PRO features cannot be transferred. They are valid only for the PRO aircraft.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The Pro plan can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, the aircraft reverts to the Free plan and you retain access to all your historical records.
What is Official Mode?
Official Mode is when Zuloo legally replaces the paper Flight Logbook, with records electronically signed and approved by ANAC. To activate it, we help you obtain the LOA or E.O. from the relevant authority.
Does it work for international flights?
Yes. Zuloo can be used on international flights. The app is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish to make it easier to use in different countries.
How does billing work? Is it per pilot or per aircraft?
Billing is per aircraft. Each aircraft has its own independent Pro subscription, meaning you only pay for PRO features on the aircraft that actually need them. Crew members do not pay to use the app and can use it solely to manage their documents, licenses, and certifications.
Can I test the app before activating Official Mode?
Yes. After creating your account and registering your aircraft, you can start logging flights immediately in Unofficial Mode — at no cost and without any additional documentation. Use this period to get to know Zuloo before making the permanent switch.
Does Zuloo work without internet?
Yes. Zuloo has an offline mode. You can log flight legs and related services (refueling, occurrences, discrepancies, etc.) without a connection, and also access reports and browse other screens. Data syncs automatically once internet is available.
What happens to my records if I cancel the Pro plan?
Your historical records are preserved. When you cancel Pro, the aircraft reverts to the Free plan and you keep access to all records already logged. Pro-exclusive features become unavailable, but no data is lost.
Do I need a digital certificate to use Zuloo?
You do not need a digital certificate to use Zuloo. When linked to an aircraft in Official Mode, your digital certificate is automatically generated by Zuloo on each device you use.
